RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner has been shown in these tests to be safe to the skin and to eyes in adult study subjects. Based on scientific literature and clinical experience, an independent ophthalmic specialist concluded that RevitaLash® Advanced is not unsafe for use during pregnancy or breast feeding, or while undergoing chemotherapy. That said, if you are pregnant or undergoing any medical treatment and have concerns about using any product, please consult with your physician.
: Led by a physician, RevitaLash® Cosmetics has formulated its products with safety as a top priority and has documented safety through comprehensive, objective testing. As happens with all cosmetic products, including mascara and eyeliner, a very small number of users have reported sensitivity to RevitaLash® Advanced. Over a one-year period, 0.076%* of users reported the most common reaction as irritation, including temporary redness, swelling, itching, and burning sensation in the eyes. Even more rare were reports of styes, darkening of the skin at the lash line, periorbital fat loss, and eyelash loss. Reported reactions typically went away after stopping use. It is not known whether RevitaLash® Advanced or some other factor caused the reported reactions. *User reported data over a one-year period, April 2021 – April 2022.
: Some RevitaLash® Cosmetics Eyelash Conditioner users have reported a mild darkening of the skin at the base of the eyelashes (primarily with excessive use). The darkening was reported to fade after discontinuing use. To help avoid this: -Once each day or night, apply a thin line of your preferred Eyelash Conditioner directly to clean, dry eyelashes above the lash line. Do not oversaturate. Let dry completely before applying additional beauty products.
